RETURNS


HOMAGE is pleased to offer returns on FULL PRICED ITEMS ONLY that are sent back WITHIN FOURTEEN DAYS OF RECEIPT and are in the same condition as when originally shipped. Beyond this period no returns are accepted.

PLEASE NOTE WE PHOTOGRAPH ITEMS PRIOR TO SHIPPING TO VERIFY THEY ARE SENT WITHOUT FAULTS, IN ADDITION TO PHOTOGRAPHS OF PACKAGE ADDRESSEE WITH TRACKING DETAILS IN CASE OF DELIVERY DISPUTES.

  • Please contact us IMMEDIATELY upon trying your item if you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase and we will happily advise appropriate measures for a return.
  • Clients have the option of a full refund, exchange, or eBoutique credit note if goods are not worn or damaged. Credit notes are valid for 6 months and are not transferrable.
  • Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed WILL NOT be accepted. We suggest that all items are tried on by you on receipt so that return can be fulfilled within our policy timeframe. 
  • Sale items are NOT eligible for a return. If you have purchased an incorrect size and the correct size is still available, we will gladly exchange with shipping payable by the customer.
  • Please contact us with any sizing or fit queries as specific measurements will gladly be offered upon request. 

LINGERIE

Due to hygiene reasons underwear is NOT usually eligible for a return due to change of mind.

If you are at all unhappy with your purchase of full priced lingerie please notify us immediately and if the item is unworn and damaged we can further discuss return options.
